If you like a beach getaway with bunches of restaurants and putt putt and all that stuff, it’s not going to be for you. If you want a place where you have a quiet beach with lots of outdoor opportunities including fresh and salt water options within 100 yards of each other, it is great. You can hike or bike in the wildlife preserve / false cape state park. Kayak on the back bay. Relax on the beach.

Baja at the south end has bands 2 or 3 nights per week (pre covid) and has a great sunset view.
